This class is designed for clients who are new to Pilates or want to refresh on the basics. It is an introductory level class aimed at strengthening the core, increasing flexibility, and raising awareness on how to maintain better posture.
Classes are run in a friendly and informative environment, which will gear clients up to then safely attend any of our other OPEN classes on our schedule. This class runs in an 8-week block course continuously throughout the year. Please check out dates for this course on our Facebook page.

These classes are designed to challenge and invigorate the body and mind through carefully selected exercises, utilising small Pilates props such as the foam roller, magic circle, stability ball and TheraBand’s. The structure of the class is aimed at increasing the core strength and stability, increasing mobility and flexibility, while maintaining a strong focus on breath and good form. Exercises are modified depending on what level each client is at.

We can come to your workplace or hire a designated space nearby to run Pilates classes for the staff. We offer 30/45- or 55-minute sessions, based on the allocated time allowance for the staff lunch breaks. Sessions are run in 8-week blocks. We provide the mats and small equipment needed and can negotiate rates depending on final attendance numbers once confirmed.

This premium service will fine tune your Pilates technique on the finest Reformer machine from Balanced Body. We will design a programme tailored to your individual goals with exclusive attention from your instructor. Discover the vast benefits this resistance training can do to increase long lean muscle tone and increase strength and flexibility. Based on your preference the session can incorporate Reformer, Trapeze Table or Mat with small props.
2:1 sessions can also be arranged and is a great way to work out with a friend.

Book in for 4 one hour or 8 half hour consecutive 30-minute sessions for our introductory price of $270. These sessions are designed to complement your Pilates mat practice, as well any other chosen sport you are active in. You will gain, and see incredible strength, tone, and flexibility benefits, by integrating this resistance program into your weekly workouts.
